Congratulations to the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office on their initial Dual Accreditation.  Dual accreditation signifies an agency that is both CALEA (Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies) accredited as well as state-accredited.  The agency was awarded its first dual accreditation certification at the South Carolina Law Enforcement Accreditation Council Meeting on December 6, 2024 in Columbia, SC.
